A conversation on The Purpose Playbook

Our goal at Purpose Group is to fill the world with more purpose-driven companies, and while we’re early in our journey (we launched in October of 2022 and have two businesses in our portfolio), we’re excited about the progress we’ve made so far.

We acquired Gerald Printing in May 2023, and since then, we’ve been working with their team to implement our Purpose Playbook (which you can learn more about on our website or from our book).

The Purpose Playbook is our operating system designed to help teams and organizations build a trusting leadership team, align around a common and authentic Purpose, and operationalize that Purpose.
